Headquartered at Cleveland's Hopkins
International Airport, the majority of Great
Lakes Express flights will originate in the
smaller regional airports throughout the
Midwest, and will offer connecting service to
the larger hubs in the region. GLE
currently operates four hubs: our main hub is
located at our Cleveland, OH (KCLE) headquarters,

service to destinations in the Eastern U.S and
Canada, and our western hubs, located at Chicago
Midway (KMDW) and Minneapolis / St. Paul (KMSP) offers flights to the central and
western parts of the Great Lakes.
AIRCRAFT DOES GREAT LAKES EXPRESS USE?
Great Lakes Express is set up to service the smaller regional airports of the Midwest, using the shorter-range, lower capacity aircraft. From these airports, passengers will connect to the larger Midwest Hubs that are serviced by larger, transcontinental and international carriers. While our official fleet is current made up of Beechcraft 1900D, DeHavilland Dash 8-Q400, and Embraer EMB-145 aircraft, pilots are free to fly whatever aircraft they would like on their GLE flights.
